Thank you for choosing Party Balloon to celebrate your special occasion. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review our terms and conditions below.

1. Ordering and Delivery

  • Balloon decoration orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance.
  • For same-day delivery, please check availability by calling 55346023.
  • Delivery time slots are available between 9:30 AM and 10:00 PM.
  • An advance deposit is required to confirm your booking.
  • Full payment must be completed before the day of the event. No exceptions.

2. Handling and Care

  • Helium gas is non-flammable. However, balloons placed near air conditioners may deflate due to gas compression. Avoid placing them directly in front of A/C units.
  • Balloons exposed to direct sunlight may burst as latex or metallic materials heat up.
  • Avoid leaving balloons inside hot cars, as heat and steam may cause deflation or bursting.
  • Balloon arrangements are not recommended for outdoor use due to wind, rain, and high temperatures.
  • Latex helium balloons typically last 6–8 hours, while foil balloons last 1–2 days, depending on size and conditions. For best results, keep them in air-conditioned areas.

3. Delivery Details

  • Please provide the complete address, including zone, street, villa number, building number, and apartment number.
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in additional delivery charges.
  • For self-pickup orders, please ensure you have a suitable and empty vehicle. We are not responsible for damage after pickup.
  • Dispose of deflated or burst balloons immediately and keep waste away from children and pets.
  • Foil balloons conduct electricity. Do not release them near power lines, as this is prohibited by law.
  • Inform us in advance if the recipient has a latex allergy so we can avoid using latex materials.

4. Information Required

Customers must provide complete and accurate details, including:

  • Color preferences
  • Design requests
  • Personalized balloons
  • Age, name, and occasion (birthday, anniversary, special event, etc.)

5. Installation and Rentals

  • We take great care during installation; however, we are not responsible for any damage to walls, floors, or property during setup.
  • All structures (arches, stands, backdrops, frames, etc.) must be returned the following day. Pickup will be arranged by our team.
  • We do not recommend moving the decorations after installation.
  • Balloons may be affected by temperature, wind, and sunlight. We are not responsible for damage after delivery or installation.

6. Media and Photography

  • We may use photos of your decoration for our website and social media platforms.
  • If you prefer not to have your images published, please inform us in advance. We will respect your privacy.

7. Postponements and Cancellations

  • To reschedule, please notify us at least 2 days in advance. New dates are subject to availability.
  • For outdoor events affected by bad weather, please contact us in advance to reschedule.
  • Cancellations must be made before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
  • For decoration orders, 30% of the deposit is non-refundable, as it is used for material preparation and advance arrangements.
  • Orders become final and non-refundable after confirmation due to inventory and reserved delivery slots.
  • If no one is present at the location within 20 minutes of our arrival, we reserve the right to cancel the installation.

8. Liability and Force Majeure

  • Party Balloon is not responsible for delays, damages, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including extreme weather, traffic, accidents, venue restrictions, or natural disasters.
  • Once the decoration is completed and approved by the client or venue representative, responsibility is transferred to the client.
  • In case of unforeseen delays, we will communicate promptly and work toward the best possible solution.

9. Agreement

By proceeding with payment or confirming your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated above.
