Balloon Care & Handling Tips

Balloons are delicate items and can pop easily if not handled properly.
To help them last longer, please follow these care instructions:

  • Avoid over-inflation and contact with sharp objects.
  • Keep balloons away from extreme heat, cold, and harsh environments.
  • Store and display balloons in a stable, indoor environment whenever possible.
  • High temperatures can cause balloons to expand and burst, while cold temperatures may cause them to shrink, causing decals to peel off.
  • Do not throw, hit, or handle balloons roughly, as this may cause damage and air or helium leakage.
  • Never leave balloons inside a hot car, as heat causes helium to expand and may result in bursting.
  • When transporting balloons by car, keep the air conditioner on to maintain a cool temperature.
  • Always handle balloons with care to ensure their best appearance.

If you are concerned about balloons popping, we recommend ordering extra balloons as spares.

Balloon Care Disclaimer

We are not liable for balloons once they are out of our care. While we use only high-quality balloons and materials, some balloons may pop or deflate sooner than expected. We cannot guarantee how long balloons will last after delivery or pickup.

Environmental factors such as weather, heat, children, pets, rough surfaces, crowded car conditions, and nearby foliage may affect the lifespan of our designs.

However, we will replace any balloons that are damaged during our transportation or setup.
