At Party Balloon Company, we are committed to providing high-quality balloon décor and excellent customer service. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Eligible for Refund
If an item is missing from your order.
If your order is cancelled while still in pending status (before processing).
If an item is unavailable and no replacement is accepted.
Non-Refundable Cases
Orders that have been processed, prepared, delivered, or installed.
Incorrect delivery address or unavailable recipient.
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable situations are not refundable.
Customized, themed, or perishable balloon arrangements.
Orders refused, unattended, or uncollected.
Balloon Care & Performance
Standard 12” latex balloons float for approximately 6–8 hours under ideal conditions.
Temperature, handling, and environment may affect balloon life.
No refunds are provided if a balloon slowly loses air or helium over time due to normal use, even if it is not damaged.
Delivery & Installation
Orders marked as delivered or installed are considered complete.
Failed delivery due to customer-related issues is non-refundable.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 1 to 2– business days.
