1. How long do helium balloons last?
Helium latex balloons usually last 6–8 hours, while foil (Mylar) balloons can last 1–2 days or longer, depending on the size of the balloons.
Please note that balloon longevity can vary greatly depending on how and where they are kept. Helium balloons are sensitive to extreme weather conditions, which can significantly reduce their lifespan.
Keeping balloons at room temperature will help ensure they look their best for the longest possible time.
2. Are your balloons air-filled or helium-filled?
We offer both air-filled and helium-filled balloons. Please inform us of your preference when placing your order.
3. Can I customize balloon colors and designs?
Yes, we provide customized colors, themes, and designs to match your event.
4. How do I know if the colors and sizes of the item will be close to the actual photo?
Actual product color may vary slightly from the photos shown due to differences in screen settings on computers, smartphones, and tablets.
We do our best to provide accurate product details and to match colors and sizes as closely as possible. However, exact matches cannot be guaranteed.

5. Are balloons affected by temperature?
Yes, both latex and Mylar (foil) balloons are sensitive to temperature:
- Latex balloons can shrink in cold temperatures and expand or burst in heat.
- Mylar (foil) balloons can also be affected by extreme heat, causing them to expand, and by cold, which may cause shrinkage or wrinkles.
To help balloons last longer, keep them in a stable, room-temperature environment and avoid direct sunlight, heat sources, or freezing conditions.
6. Do you provide balloon setup and decoration services?
Yes, we offer full setup and decoration services for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and other occasions.
7. How early should I place my order for décoration services?
We recommend placing your order at least 5 days in advance, especially for large or customized setups, to ensure proper preparation and availability.
8. Do you provide outdoor balloon decorations?
Yes, we do, but outdoor setups are subject to weather conditions such as heat, wind, and humidity.
9. What should I do if a balloon is damaged or pops?
Please check your order upon delivery or installation.
Kindly note that balloons are delicate and may be affected by temperature, handling, and environmental conditions. For this reason, we cannot guarantee their lifespan after setup.

Yes, customized printing is available for bulk or special orders (subject to availability).

Yes, helium is non-toxic. However, inhaling helium is dangerous and not recommended.
Delivery & Payment
1. Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we provide delivery within the Doha area is 20 QAR. For locations outside Doha, delivery charges may vary depending on distance and order size. Please contact us for more details.
2. How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered on the same day or the next day, depending on availability and order time.
Customized orders or decoration services that require advance preparation may take longer. We recommend placing such orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.
3. Is same-day delivery available?
Yes, same-day delivery is available for selected items and subject to availability. Please contact us to confirm.
4. Can I pick up my order?
Yes, self-pickup is available. Please contact us to arrange the pickup time.

Delivery charges depend on your location and order size. We will inform you before confirming your order.

10. Can I return my balloon order?
We are unable to accept returns for inflated or personalized balloon orders.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. Failed deliveries may incur additional charges.
